The Car Cleaning Company are a fully mobile valeting and detailing unit. We bring the detailing studio to you and with this we request that the area we are working in is safe and free from obstruction.
We will not be able to carry out any of our packages on a main road due to safety and insurance purposes. We also cannot carry out work on any pay and display car park.

If you need to change or cancel your booking we request this is done no later than 48 hours prior to your booking date and time.
The Car Cleaning Company can not control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If The Car Cleaning Company has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking.

If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges will apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.
